Speaking Dux is designed with privacy in mind.

Speaking Dux is developed by Creative Technical & IT Solutions, LLC (CTI Solutions). We do not sell personal information, rent it to data brokers, or use your teleprompter activity to create advertising profiles.

Your voice is used to help the teleprompter follow you.

When you enable speech-following features, Speaking Dux may request access to the iPad's microphone and speech-recognition services. The app uses recognized speech to estimate your current position in the displayed script and adjust the teleprompter accordingly.

Speaking Dux does not use microphone audio or recognized speech for advertising or marketing, and CTI Solutions does not operate a server that stores microphone recordings for the speech-following feature.

Your scripts remain under your control.

Scripts, presentation content, and app settings stored by Speaking Dux are intended to remain on the iPad unless you choose to export, share, back up, or otherwise transfer them using iPadOS or another service you select.

If you deliberately use an Apple or third-party storage, backup, or sharing service, information sent through that service is also subject to that provider's privacy practices.

Speaking Dux does not use your content for advertising.

Speaking Dux does not use your scripts, recognized speech, microphone audio, or teleprompter activity for targeted advertising. CTI Solutions does not sell or rent this information to advertisers or data brokers.

Some operating-system services are provided by Apple.

Speaking Dux relies on standard technologies provided by iPadOS. Apple may independently process information when its services are used, including speech recognition, App Store services, crash reporting, or diagnostics that you have chosen to share with Apple. CTI Solutions does not control Apple's independent processing of information through Apple's own services.

Local app content can be removed from the device.

CTI Solutions does not retain microphone recordings or speech-recognition audio on its own servers as part of Speaking Dux's speech-following feature.

Locally stored Speaking Dux content can be removed by deleting the relevant content within the app where available, or by deleting the app from the iPad. Information handled independently by Apple or another service is subject to that provider's retention and deletion policies.

You control microphone and speech-recognition permission.

You can review or change Speaking Dux's access to protected device features through iPad Settings → Privacy & Security, including Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions. Disabling a required permission may prevent speech-following from working, while other app features may remain available.

Speaking Dux is not built for behavioral advertising to children.

Speaking Dux does not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or profiling. If CTI Solutions learns that personal information has been provided in a manner that requires deletion under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

This policy may change as Speaking Dux evolves.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Speaking Dux changes or when legal, platform, or privacy requirements change. The effective date shown above will identify the current version.
